  • Masjid program data you provide, including enrollment records, tuition plans, attendance, and related documents.
  • Payment information processed through your connected Stripe account. imarah stores limited identifiers and never maintains full card or bank numbers.
  • Usage data like device type, log information, and cookie identifiers to keep the platform secure and improve performance.

How We Use Information

  • Operate and secure the imarah platform, including authentication, access controls, and fraud prevention.
  • Provide program management features, reporting, and integrations you enable (e.g., Stripe, email, SMS).
  • Respond to support requests, product feedback, and incident reports.
  • Comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

How We Share Information

  • Service providers under contract who help us deliver hosting, storage, analytics, and customer support.
  • Financial partners such as Stripe when you connect your Masjid’s account to process payments.
  • Law enforcement or regulators if we are legally required to do so or to protect rights, safety, or property.
  • Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructure, consistent with this policy.
