What's included in the 14-day free trial?
Full access to all features in your chosen plan. No credit card required to start. Cancel anytime during the trial.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my student or volume limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher tier or contact us for a custom plan. For fundraising, volume limits are based on annual donation volume.
Is there a platform fee on donations?
No. Imarah charges zero platform fee on donations—100% goes to your organization. You only pay standard Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30c per transaction).
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, annual billing saves you 2 months (pay for 10, get 12). Contact us to set up annual billing.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. For annual plans, we can also accommodate ACH transfers.
What if my organization has budget constraints?
